Returning Goods: If you find an item you have purchased from D-FLEKT is not suitable and wish to return it, you may do so providing it is sent back within 14 days of purchase and in its original packaging and not damaged in anyway. When ordering please be careful as postage on returned items must be paid for by you the customer and also we do not refund any original postage charges. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information available in the contact section onthe website.
Colouring: We have tried to reproduce the colour of the materials used on the D-FLEKT products to the closet match we can possibly acheive. If the items you have received are not what you expected please get in contact with us asap so that we can rectify the issue. Please Note: The supasoft foam used on D-FLEKT goalkeeper gloves will start to deteriorate after the first time you use them. Please remember that the gloves will continue to offer grip until the foam has almost worn through. We therfore can not be held responsible for this deterioration meaning no guarantee can be offered on the foams life span.
